Manage household payroll
for all your clients
Multi-client household payroll from one account. Tax calculations, quarterly reminders, W-2s, and Schedule H — all 50 states, up to 50 employers. $30/mo, 5 employees per household included.
$30/month, 5 employees per household included, then $6/mo each. Save $60/yr with annual billing.
Nanny payroll doesn't scale in spreadsheets
Most CPAs managing household payroll are doing it manually for each family — calculating FICA, tracking state thresholds, generating W-2s one at a time. It works for one client. It falls apart at five.
Without NannyKeeper
- Separate spreadsheet per family
- Manual FICA and state tax lookups
- W-2s created in Word or PDF editors
- Quarterly reminders via personal calendar
- No audit trail across clients
With NannyKeeper Professional
- Manage every client from one login
- Automatic tax calculations, every state
- Professional W-2 and Schedule H PDFs
- Quarterly deadline reminders built in
- Full payroll history and pay stubs
Three steps, every client
The same workflow whether you manage 2 families or 50
Add each client household
Create an employer account with their legal name, state, and EIN. Add their employees, pay rates, and schedule. Each household is fully isolated — separate payroll, separate tax config, separate documents.
Run payroll from one account
Switch between clients with a dropdown. Enter hours, review the tax breakdown, approve. Federal, state, and local taxes calculated automatically — even if your clients are in different states.
Deliver tax documents
W-2s, W-3s, Schedule H, and pay stubs generated as professional PDFs. Share directly with clients or download for your records. Quarterly reminders keep every client on track.

Questions about NannyKeeper Professional
How is Professional different from buying separate plans for each client?
Professional lets you manage up to 50 household employers from one login. Each client gets their own payroll, employees, and tax documents — fully isolated. You pay $30/mo for the account, with 5 employees included per household and $6/mo for each extra employee, instead of $10-18/mo per client on individual plans.
What does it cost for 10 clients?
If each family has 5 or fewer employees, $30/mo on monthly billing, or $300/year ($25/mo) on annual. That works out to $3 per client or less, compared to $18 per client if each had their own Plus plan. A family with more than 5 employees adds $6/mo for each extra employee.
Can my clients log in and see their own payroll?
Not yet — currently you manage everything from your account. Read-only client access is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can share pay stubs and W-2 PDFs directly with clients.
Is the API included?
Yes. Professional includes full REST API access at 2,000 requests/day. You can automate employer creation, payroll runs, and document generation programmatically.
Do you handle all 50 states?
Yes. NannyKeeper calculates federal and state taxes for all 50 states plus DC, including state unemployment, disability, paid family leave, and local taxes where applicable.
Is EIN concierge included?
EIN concierge (where we apply for the EIN on your behalf) is included with the Plus Annual plan only. On Professional, your clients will need to provide their own EIN or apply through the IRS directly.
Will Autopilot pay my nanny without asking me?
Yes, for any payday that comes out as expected. You see the first one before it sends. A payday that comes out different from what you expected waits for your approval instead, and you get an email about any held run.
