NannyKeeper has been a Godsend! It clearly laid out everything that I had to process and complete and it did it in a way that eased all the anxiety I had starting this up. It's already provided a lot of value, but I'm sure it'll pay for itself when it's tax season. No other service was as affordable or as communicative as this one. For real, it's been a great experience.

Every withholding, FICA, FUTA, and Schedule H calculation follows the published IRS guidance for household employers. All 50 states plus DC.
Delaware C-Corp via Stripe Atlas
NannyKeeper is incorporated in Delaware through Stripe Atlas, and all customer payments are processed by Stripe.
Direct deposit via Stripe Connect
Nanny direct deposit runs on the same payment infrastructure used by Lyft, Shopify, and DoorDash for paying their contractors.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic runs over HTTPS. SSNs, EINs, and bank account numbers are additionally encrypted at the field level with AES-256-GCM. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every account.
